Arthur couldn’t help but wonder what prompted this as his back hit the wall. Then the body against his was warm and willing and, most importantly, wanted and he was pleased with this more aggressive side he was seeing of his manservant.
Pulling back slightly, he caught sight of Merlin’s face and the feral grin on it. There was a faint buzzing pressing against his skin— the same one he felt each time Merlin used magic around him.
But it was when the eyes flash a deep maroon instead of the normal glittering gold that he knew something was wrong.
